LMA | Lagos Maclean Abogados participated in the Second Congress of H2V Project Developers in Antofagasta, an event organized by H2 Antofagasta with the support of the Antofagasta Regional Government and the Ministry of Energy Chile. The Congress brought together nearly 200 participants from across the green hydrogen value chain, including project developers, authorities, suppliers, and representatives from academia. The turnout was significant, reflecting the growing interest and commitment of various stakeholders in developing this emerging industry.<\/p>\n
During the event, high-level presentations and discussions addressed both national and regional aspects of H2V, with a special focus on critical issues such as permits, infrastructure, and financing. Our lawyer, Claudia Quappe Vatter, moderated the panel \u00abCurrent Context of Permit Management in H2V Project Development in Antofagasta,\u00bb alongside distinguished panelists from the public and private sectors. These discussions underscored the importance of collaboration and strategic planning in overcoming regulatory and technical challenges facing the development of such projects in Chile.<\/p>\n

El d\u00eda de ayer LMA | Lagos Maclean Abogados particip\u00f3 en el Segundo Congreso de Desarrolladores de Proyectos de H2V en Antofagasta, evento organizado por H2 Antofagasta<\/a>, con el apoyo del Gobierno Regional Antofagasta<\/a> y el Ministerio de Energ\u00eda Chile<\/a> El Congreso reuni\u00f3 a casi 200 participantes de toda la cadena de valor del hidr\u00f3geno verde, incluyendo desarrolladores de proyectos, autoridades, proveedores y representantes del \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico. La convocatoria fue significativa, reflejando el creciente inter\u00e9s y compromiso de los diversos actores en el desarrollo de esta creciente industria. Durante el evento se llevaron a cabo distintas exposiciones y conversatorios de alto nivel que abordaron la contingencia tanto nacional como regional del H2V, con un enfoque especial en temas cr\u00edticos como permisos, infraestructura y financiamiento.
