On March 12, our Legal Day was held within the framework of the Annual Meeting of ALL – International Alliance of Law Firms. The event took place at Club El Golf 50 and was a space for dialogue and networking for our members, strategic clients and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
During the day, three panels were held: one on Artificial Intelligence, another on Natural Resources and Environment, and the last one focused on Digital and Social Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity and Data Protection. Each panel offered an in-depth analysis on global legal trends and their regional impact.<\/p>\n
We had the valuable participation of renowned professionals in these areas, such as Pedro Pablo Vergara (President of the Chilean Bar Association), Jorge Riesco (President of the National Mining Society), Jennifer Fern\u00e1ndez Quinlan (ChilePay), Sergio Hernandez (Association of Industrial Mining Suppliers, APRIMIN), Carlos Urenda Aldunate (Consejo Minero De Chile A G), Nicol\u00e1s Garc\u00eda (Orica), Sandra Godoy (Evertec), Ana Lucia Estrada (Klap). In addition, lawyers from different ALL member firms made presentations.<\/p>\n
This event allowed us not only to analyze the trends that will shape the future of law, but also to strengthen ties and collaboration with our clients, partners and guests.<\/p>\n

El Jueves 22 de agosto, nuestros socios Jos\u00e9 Joaqu\u00edn Lagos, Kenneth Maclean<\/a> y Pedro Garc\u00eda Ossand\u00f3n<\/a>, participaron de la Cena de Negocios Mineros 2024, un evento organizado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Industriales de Antofagasta<\/a> (AIA) en las Ruinas de Huanchaca. Esta celebraci\u00f3n, enmarcada en el \"Mes de la Miner\u00eda 2024\", tambi\u00e9n conmemor\u00f3 el 80\u00ba aniversario de la AIA, subrayando su papel en el desarrollo tanto regional como nacional.
El evento, uno de los m\u00e1s destacados de la regi\u00f3n,\u00a0reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 1.100 actores clave de la industria\u00a0para discutir los desaf\u00edos y oportunidades del sector, dialogar, generar negocios y compartir experiencias. Los temas discutidos incluyeron la innovaci\u00f3n, automatizaci\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n, entre otros aspectos clave para el futuro de la industria.
